A sleek vintage Mod-style color-block shift dress, likely from late 90s. During this period, Talbots frequently released capsule collections that paid homage to classic retro eras. This dress is a perfect example of a "90s does 60s Mod" reproduction piece, offering a vintage 1960s aesthetic.
