Vintage 1980s secretary blouse, Size L to XL

This pastel-striped blouse is a characteristic of the 1980s, often referred to as a "secretary" or "power" blouse. Also known as a "Grandad" or mandarin collar, this was a popular alternative to traditional pointed collars in the early 80s. The gathered, slightly puffed sleeves reflect the transitioning fashion of the era toward more structured silhouettes.

There is a very minor pull  or slight snag, on front of the blouse, please see the picture pointing at where it is. 

The mannequin in these pictures is size S, so the blouse best will fit to size L to XL. Please see my measurements below:

Vintage brand info: The brand Lucky Winner and was Made in U.S.A. Lucky Winner was a prolific mid-range manufacturer during the 1980s. They specialized in "wash-and-wear" office attire, particularly polyester blouses with bold prints and bright colors.
