Vintage 70s/80s Eida Velvet Midi Skirt, Size XS

A “Victorian revival” 70s or 80s floral‑printed velvet midi skirt from the English brand Eida.
A‑line, high‑waisted, and slightly pleated. Fully lined, with two side pockets, and made from 100% cotton.

The label says size 12, but the mannequin in these pictures is size XS to S, so I believe it will best fit size XS to S. Please see my measurements below:
