This vibrant cobalt royal blue maxi day dress beautifully showcases a classic late 1980s to early 1990s silhouette. It features a flattering V-neckline, short dolman/angel style sleeves, a continuous functional button-down front, and a gently pleated, flowing panel A-line skirt.

The mannequin in these picture is size S so this dress will fit to size L. Please see my measurements below.
